Having worked myself into burnout during my early career, sparked a passion in me to help others avoid the inevitable. I have learnt that it doesn’t have to be either or – you can still be ambitious and shoot the lights out, whilst feeling calm, happy & connected.   • An ideal space for these sessions is a quiet, private, and comfortable area where employees can sit on chairs. Additionally, having a projector and screen available would be helpful for workshop sessions.

  • Participation is always voluntary. We provide an introductory session as part of the first day to explain the benefits and demonstrate the practice, helping to alleviate skepticism. Often, once employees experience the benefits firsthand, they become more open to regular participation.

  • We can tailor the sessions to fit your needs. Typically, a one-off workshop runs between 1-2 hours. If you'd like regular classes and support, a typical meditation class lasts for 30 minutes. We recommend weekly sessions for the best results, though bi-weekly sessions can also be very effective in maintaining employee well-being. One-to-one coaching sessions last between 45-60 minutes.

  • Absolutely! We can customise sessions to align with your company’s goals, culture, and specific challenges. We offer various avenues of support, whether on an ad-hoc basis, under contract, or through a retainer, either online or in person at your preferred venue.
