What should I expect from my Full Body Mindfulness Massage?

Our Full Body Mindfulness Massage Treatment is designed to provide a unique experience that combines physical relaxation with mental and emotional rejuvenation.  Our goal is to facilitate healing and create awareness around mindfulness and meditation, helping you achieve a healthier and more balanced life.

During the 90-minute treatment, you will begin with a one-on-one consultation to check in where you are at physical and emotionally.  We’ll explain the concept of mindfulness, and how breathing and meditation can activate the relaxation response and help you move out of a state of stress.

This is followed by a guided meditation that is tailored to your level of experience with meditation and mindfulness, and is designed to get you into a state of relaxation prior to the start of the massage.  This allows you to fully experience the deep relaxation and healing benefits of the massage.

How often should I have a massage?

We recommend that clients receive regular massage treatments to experience the full benefits of this therapeutic practice.  The frequency of massage sessions will vary depending on individual needs and goals, and our team will work with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs.
