1-on-1 Meditation Coaching

We believe that connection to self, others, and the Divine is essential to living a purposeful life, and through our one-to-one coaching sessions, we will be honored to guide you on this journey.

Coaching Overview

During our sessions we will work together to build a daily meditation practice that works for you, incorporating various techniques and styles that resonate with your unique preferences. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge to continue your meditation practice beyond our coaching sessions and to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.

Coaching Includes

  • Personalised one-to-one session, clarifying goals, objectives and challenges.
  • Sessions can take place online or in person when based in the UK.
  • Session duration: First session: 60mn followed by 45mn sessions thereafter.
  • Each session includes a guided meditation so that you may become comfortable with the practice and chose the style that resonates most with you.
  • Tools, techniques and grounding practices to apply in daily life.
  • Reflection time to discuss what has worked and what has not worked from previous sessions.
  • During the 4-week program we will build a 30day meditation practice with reflection.

Cost & Duration

£390 for 1 session per week for 4 weeks 

On completion of the first 4 sessions, you are welcome to book more coaching session on an ad-hoc basis at £95 per session.
