Mindfulness Walks

Mindful walking is a beautiful practice whereby you are simply fully present in the moment – no talking, just engaging all your senses and finding peace and calm in the moment, whilst being surrounded by nature.

Join us once a month for a beautiful walk in and around Kent – feeling the ground beneath your feet, hearing the sounds of nature, seeing the beauty of blossoming flowers and the rustling of trees.

Stay for tea after the walk and connect with like minded people. These walks are free for our members, else a small fee of £10 applies.

Venue: Nature walks in and around Kent, UK.

Price: FREE to members. £10.00 to non-members.
